A team of 3 (2 French, 1 English), we met in 2001 while working together in the tourism industry, operating luxury barge hotel tours in France & Holland. We dealt with 250 international guests per week, taking care of hospitality, passengers' entertainment, buying goods and services from local suppliers, managing 120 staff, keeping the budget under control. Along the way we learnt who the best caterers were, the most creative florists, the more reliable entertainers in Burgundy too!
Then one day, it was time for us to combine our skills and launch our own company!
Our diverse backgrounds and skills
Born in Paris, Nathalie moved to Burgundy in 1993 when she married a winemaker from Vosne-Romanée. Nathalie’s background is in business, starting out as a management consultant and since then always working in an international environment, from luxury goods to economic development and customer-oriented companies. Nathalie’s up to the minute style & flair for interior design is put to good use when liaising with event stylists.
Agnès who is also from Paris, has a pure tourism history, starting out in hospitality before moving to the position of corporate buyer. Agnès drives a hard bargain & prides herself in always getting value for money for her clients. Having lived in Burgundy for more than 20 years, Agnès has owned and run her own holiday rental houses for many years.
Starting in customer relations & education in London, Jo sang in a band for many years, before re-joining the business world running hotel operations. Jo is very detail orientated and doesn’t understand the words ‘can’t’ and ‘not possible’. Since working in a ski resort in 1994, Jo’s lived in France, and fell in love with Burgundy when working with Nathalie & Agnès in Dijon.
